Born on the 27th of September, 1954 in Osogbo, Bishop David Oyedepo hails from Omu-Aran in Kwara state. His biography is available on Wikipedia, hence no reason to republish.

Especially noteworthy is how childhood with his grandmother instilled the love for the things of GOD in him and sparked the origins of a Father of Faith.

Having given his life to Christ at the age of 15, Bishop David Oyedepo through the wisdom of GOD, has been able to exemplify the spiritual content of the Bible, which he constantly describes as the manual of life. 

He blends Biblical teachings with personal lifestyle, righteous living and absolute faith in GOD, and as a result, his entire life, works and results have been testimonies of divine intervention in all ramifications!

A trained Architect, Papa, as he is fondly called by all, is a walking encyclopaedia of Biblical knowledge who navigates scriptures effectively. Papa is also an accomplished author with many bestsellers to his credit. 

With a PhD in Human Development from the [b]Honolulu University, Bishop Oyedepo[/b] is a lifetime evangelist, soul-winner, accomplished academic and world-class education entrepreneur.

Blessed with the loving support of his wife and partner, Pastor Mrs. Faith Oyedepo, (affectionately known as 'Mama''), both of them are parents to great offspring including David Jnr, Isaac, Joy and Love, and together, their family has since grown to include more grandchildren.

The central theme of Bishop David Oyedepo's teachings mainly revolve around Salvation, Faith, Wisdom, The Supernatural, Prayers, Divine Health and Word Study. 

At 72, Papa remains a living Oracle of GOD, whose influence cuts across all spheres of life.
