ENUGU AIR GOES INTERNATIONAL: ENUGU OPENS A NEW GATEWAY TO AFRICA

Today, Enugu Air has officially commenced its inaugural international service from Enugu to Douala, Cameroon — a landmark moment that signals a new chapter in Enugu’s economic and regional connectivity.

Driven by Governor Peter Mbah’s strategic vision to reposition Enugu as a premier destination for commerce, investment, tourism and enterprise, the new route connects two important economic centres: Enugu, a major commercial hub in South-East Nigeria, and Douala, Cameroon’s leading commercial gateway to Central Africa.

This is more than the launch of a new flight. It is the opening of a corridor of opportunity — connecting businesses, traders, investors, tourists, families and ideas; shortening travel and supply chains; and creating new possibilities for cross-border trade and regional economic integration.
