EXCEL AND GRACE CONSULTING PORT-HARCOURT

n case you are new, I’M A COMPANY BUILDER.

For more than 22 years, my partner, Dr. Festus Erewele, and I have worked together to build companies.

We have built our own companies.

We have helped other companies.

And we are still building.

I also sit on company boards, where I contribute to strategy, governance and important business decisions.

In the businesses we run, we put what we know from experience and expertise to work.

We also try to make things better.

So we will make mistakes.

We will get some things wrong.

We will test things that don't work.

Then we fix them and try again.

Because that's what building companies look like.

Here’s how you can get help from us.

AND WE ARE BUILDING SOMETHING NEW

Output Work is a technology business we are developing to help companies manage staff performance and connect employee output with business goals.

You will see us build and test it. Details soon.

AND SOMETIMES, YOU DON'T NEED A COURSE.

You don't need a consulting team.

You need me.

You may be starting a company.

Expanding one.

Making an important decision.

Or dealing with a difficult business problem.

If you are ready to sit down and work through it, that's a different conversation.

Send me a message and we will schedule an initial conversation before a paid consultation.

This page will show you what happens when we build.

Management, Operations, Expansion, Staffing, and all the things connected.

The decisions.

The experiments.

The mistakes.

The failures.

The successes.

And the lessons.

This is not just a place to talk about business.

It is a place to watch business being built.

If you're ready to build, fix, improve or get something done, welcome.
