Obidients Vs NDC Media Managers. - Politics
Obidients accuse NDC media directors Brian Dennis and Theo Abu Agada of failing to do enough to promote and defend Peter Obi. They point to the great work being done by media managers in the ADC and APM. They say that the NDC media managers are failing in their duties.
However, some people have defended the NDC media managers. They say that the people doing the work in the ADC and APM are the media aides of the candidates, not the media directors of the party. They say that the candidate's media aides defend the candidate, while the party's media directors defend the party. They say that Peter Obi should create a campaign council and appoint his own media aides to defend and promote him.
Brian Dennis and Theo Abu Agada claim that some Obidients have been campaigning for their jobs and that this is the real reason for the attacks (Obidients want to be media directors in the NDC).
Morris Monye is the former director of mobilisation in the Obidient Movement. Jack is the former director of ICT in the Obidient Movement. He is now in the ADC and campaigning for Atiku Abubakar.
Theo Abu Agada is a long time supporter of the PDP. He often clashed with Obidients ahead of the 2023 elections (when he supported Atiku Abubakar). He also often criticised Peter Obi and said that Obi would never be president.
Theo's leader, Senator Henry Seriake Dickson, created the NDC and Theo moved to the party with him. Theo was made the director of new media and strategic communication in the party and this has upset Obidients.
Brian Dennis is the deputy director of new media and strategic communications in the NDC.
