“I Made ₦10 Million from Selling Bread and Akara” — Akwa Ibom Governor Claims Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, has claimed that he once made as much as ₦10 million monthly from selling akara and bread. The governor made the claim while speaking about his entrepreneurial journey and experiences before venturing fully into politics. According to Eno, his involvement in the food business was profitable and taught him important lessons about entrepreneurship, hard work and business management. He reportedly said his experience in selling akara and bread demonstrated that individuals can build successful businesses from relatively simple ventures when they are properly managed.
